archives, licence texts, build scripts and upstream scope notices are included.
The unchanged generated JS is sourced from heic-to1.6.7 (LGPL-3.0 metadata,
LGPLv3-or-later notice); original archive and licence are included.
Emscripten's MIT/Illinois runtime notice is included separately. That notice's
reference tag is not a claim that this compiler built the upstream payload.
No matching native rebuild or compiler version is claimed.

Replacing/debugging the LGPL library and reverse engineering for that purpose
are permitted. The browser loads a separate, interface-compatible module at
/codecs/heic/libheif-1.23.7-no-unsafe-eval.mjs; it enforces no runtime SRI/DRM lock.
Replace this file in a local copy with your compatible modified library.
Serve this archive's root on localhost, use /relink/heic.worker.js as the worker,
and /relink/heic-job.js exports with a fresh module-Worker factory. Original TS
integration sources are included for modification/recombination. For native
library changes, unpack upstream libheif/libde265 and follow build-emscripten.sh
and heic-to's README (LIBDE265_VERSION=1.0.16 USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0 USE_WASM=0).
Install a suitable standard Emscripten/CMake toolchain; preserve your changes
and notices. Browser/worker APIs and a normal local web server are required.
No commercial licence, source correspondence certification or HDR/ICC fidelity
claim is implied by this notice. JPEG output is lossy SDR with no source EXIF/GPS.
